How can we create spaces where learning, collaboration, and collective problem-solving thrive?

This workshop explores how to design intellectually, emotionally, and physically stimulating environments that foster meaningful collaboration and co-creation. Along the way, you will reflect on the role of the facilitator and develop practical tools for creating spaces in which everyone benefits from one another's knowledge, experience, and perspectives.

What is co-creation?

Co-creation is the art and practice of creating value together. Rather than relying on the expertise of a single individual, it brings together the knowledge, experience, and perspectives of everyone involved to solve problems, generate ideas, and make better decisions. Built on the principles of self-organization and dispersed knowledge, co-creation creates an engaging and intellectually stimulating environment in which participants learn from one another, contribute meaningfully, and develop a genuine sense of ownership. Along the way, they not only produce stronger outcomes but also build trust, belonging, and lasting relationships.

What Students Say about the Workshop

“The Workshop Facilitating Co-Creation gave me one of the most versatile tools I've ever learned. It transformed the way I think, the way I work with others, and the way I create. Whether you apply it in business, education, or community projects, it provides a framework for turning ideas into something new. For me, it has become part of everything I do - from teaching master's students to leading creative workshops, running my interior design business, and conducting research”

Carolina Rodríguez

Entrepreneur and multidisciplinary artist

“I unlearned many of my assumptions about silence, about my role as a facilitator, and about what we can expect from a co-creation space. This workshop helped me become more intentional when planning creative spaces, but also when designing meetings, events, and many of the spaces I create in my day-to-day work. It is a great opportunity to get to know yourself better and develop skills that you can use every day, both at work and in life. Post-its will never be the same again.”
