However, if the student communicates their withdrawal within 30 days following the start of classes, the balance may be held as a credit in favor of the student to be used in subsequent academic years.     The admission process aims to ensure that students meet the access requirements. The steps are as follows:

    The Admissions Office of the University of the Hespérides is composed of members of the University’s academic and administrative staff. This office is responsible for responding to inquiries about the admission process and for verifying that admission applications are correctly completed and include the required documentation. Once the documentation has been reviewed and found complete, it will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for evaluation.

    The Admissions Committee will be composed of one administrative staff member, the postgraduate program director, one postgraduate professor, and the Dean of the Graduate School of the University.
