    2) The payment of the remaining enrollment fee is non-refundable, regardless of the chosen payment plan. However, if the student communicates their withdrawal within 30 days following the start of classes, the balance may be held as a credit in favor of the student to be used in subsequent academic years. It is important to note that any change in the payment plan or in the number of ECTS credits enrolled may result in a variation of the price per ECTS (the corresponding amount must be paid according to our price table).

    The admission process aims to ensure that students meet the access requirements. The steps are as follows:

    The Admissions Office of the University of the Hespérides is composed of members of the University’s academic and administrative staff. This office is responsible for responding to inquiries about the admission process and for verifying that admission applications are correctly completed and include the required documentation. Once the documentation has been reviewed and found complete, it will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for evaluation.

    The Admissions Committee will be composed of one administrative staff member, the postgraduate program director, one postgraduate professor, and the Dean of the Graduate School of the University.
