We reflect and teach the ethical, legal and economic principles that make possible a civilization of free and responsible people.

The Universidad de las Hespérides constitutes a community of values in which individual responsibility, honesty, mutual respect, and intellectual humility are fundamental pillars.
To these values, we add tenacity, perhaps due to the long 15-year journey it took to obtain the necessary authorization to found the university

free society
We consider ourselves part of an educational and philosophical tradition that has its roots in the question of what a free society is and how it is built.
This debate has had some of its best exponents in the Greco-Latin tradition, the School of Salamanca, and the Scottish Enlightenment.
