The Universidad de las Hespérides, He signed an agreement with the Universidad Empresa Foundation that will allow students to carry out internships of undergraduate and graduate level in their e-Start program by participating in various co-tutored projects by professors and professionals from companies, through a collaborative environment that allows sharing information, documentation, and monitoring and tutoring of the internship.
More than 20,000 students from 3,000 companies have participated in the e-Start online internship program where students learn and contribute their knowledge to real projects within organizations. This program adds versatility to traditional internships, improves employability through digital talent, and boosts flexibility and learning while developing both cross-functional and specific skills.
The high level of acceptance of these practices translates into the fact that 80% of companies and students have valued the program as "very positive" in the various satisfaction surveys commissioned by the foundation.
