How to create constructive spaces where collaboration, learning, and problem-solving in groups flourish.
This workshop will take you to explore the multiple aspects of organizing a space that fosters co-creation and make you reflect on the role of the facilitator. You'll have the tools to create an environment in which everyone enriches themselves with each other's expertise, experience, and reflections. Through short videos, practical activities, and moments of reflection, you will learn how to create an intellectually stimulating, emotionally engaging, and physically inspiring space where people interact, co-create, and learn from one another.
What is Co-Creation?
Co-creation generates a challenging and energizing environment where participants collaborate to achieve predefined results. Underlying principles of self-organization and distributed knowledge promote full participation and amplify the knowledge and experience of everyone. In addition to the vast amount of value created, the process cultivates a sense of belonging and bonds of friendship among the participants.
