Campus .h - Universidad de las Hespérides

The Universidad de las Hespérides is the first university in Spain with a hybrid campus. Thanks to the collaboration agreement between the university and Nubi, students, teaching and research staff, as well as administration and services staff, can interact virtually and synchronously at both their physical and virtual locations.

Hespérides has two physical headquarters in the autonomous capitals of the Canary Islands and three virtual headquarters - an academic building, an administrative building and a conference centre.

Headquarters in Gran Canaria

The headquarters of the Universidad de las Hespérides of the island of Gran Canaria is located at calle de Los Balcones nº10, in the heart of the historic Vegueta neighborhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

At this moment, this site is being adapted to meet the needs of the University. When this adaptation has been completed you will have:

Administrative zones.
Teachers' offices prepared for synchronous teaching.
Archive warehouse.
Modular spaces prepared for seminars and events.
Makerspace.
Recording and editing studies.
Business incubators.
Video conference rooms.
Terraces, courtyards and open spaces.

Office in Tenerife

The headquarters of the University of the Hesperides of the island of Tenerife is located at calle Numancia nº10 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in the heart of the city.

Once this adaptation is complete, this site will have the following facilities:

Teachers' offices prepared for synchronous teaching.
Archive warehouse.
Modular spaces prepared for seminars and events.
Makerspace.
Study rooms.
Business incubators.
Audio recording and editing study (with positions for P.A.S personnel).

Virtual offices

The Universidad de las Hespérides has three virtual headquarters: an academic building, an administrative building and a conference centre. These University headquarters, where the entire .h community can interact in person or virtually, have the following virtual infrastructures:

In addition, the physical locations have also been developed virtually in such a way that anyone, thanks to our hybrid campus, can be present in our physical facilities and interact virtually with other members of the University.
